This developemnt will replace a tired existing bungalow on a sloping site located in South London.

The design has been influenced by the existing 1930s double fronted gabled properties in the area. A contemporary approach has been taken, with white bricks being used to create the gables and a constrasting red brick and red clay tile used elsewhere. Eaves heights have been dropped to address the smaller neighbouring buildings, with a flattened ridge used to accentuate the form and also create more usable space in the second floor apartment. Well proportioned large windows help define the front elevation and a detailed landscape design settles the property in to the steert scene.

The planning application was approved in 2023.
