This project sees the complete redevelopment of the site. Located along the Sussex coastline, the existing warehouse building sits on the edge of a popular business park. Not only is the building tired and dated, it is no longer fit for purpose with the business's growing needs and requirements.

We have designed and obtained planning approval for a new state of the art building which provides additional storage, along with a variety of other on-site facilities to help streamline the business and keep all processes on site. Staff welfare facilities are incorporated along with office spaces and meeting rooms.

The construction works are scheduled to commence in Spring 2026.
