A full planning application has been submitted for the development of this site in South London. The existing house on this generous plot is to be replaced by a new building which provides a total of eight new apartments.

All of the apartments are fully duel-aspect, with private gardens and balcony spaces. At the rear of the site, a landscaped garden provides seating areas together with a children’s play space.

The building has been carefully designed, drawing from a detailed character appraisal of the local area. The design and proportions of the building and the front elevation in particular are taken from the neighbouring Victorian buildings. Two strong gables are used to face the road with a setback central section which uses green Victorian tiles placed in arches over the entrance doors.
